In the latest Goa Shipyard Limited notification, the shipbuilder has mentioned the job vacancies for the post of Consultant Production & Consultant GES on a contract basis. Under the job notification of 2021, all the candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech in the required subjects is only eligible to apply. The desired candidates are selected based on merit. Firstly, the interview is being held and then the candidate is selected. The candidates selected to get salary pay of Rs. 85,000 - Rs.1,10,000 /-per month. All the interested candidates can apply online by May 15, 2021.

Duration
Initially, the commitment shall be for 01 years. The engagement period may be extended for another 01 years based on the requirements of the company and on the performance of the individual.
Educational Qualifications
- Consultant Production
- Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Production/Electronics/Electrical/Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture from a recognized university.
- Experience: The candidate is expected to have 20 years of experience in building/repairing naval vessels/coast guard vessels, at least, after qualification. Head of production in a major shipyard should have been in the department for more than 01 years. For retired PSU executives, in the case of retirement officials from the CF/CS/AI/My/Air Force, and Indian Coast Guard, they should have superannuated by a pay scale of 1,00,000-2,60 thousand (E7) and above or equivalent.
- Consultant GES
- Qualification: Full time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Production/Electronics/Electrical/Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture from a recognized university.
- Experience: As an officer, the candidate should be experienced at least 13 years after graduation. For the retired executives of the PSU, in the case of Central/State/Indian Navy/Air Force and Indian Coast Guards, they would have been superannuated at a scale of Rs. 80 to 2.20.000, (E-5), and above or equivalent. In particular composite boats, the candidate needs to have experience in handling & maintaining small crafts.
