The Indbank Merchant Banking Services Limited ( Indbank ) has announced the Job vacancies for the position of Merchant Banker, Research Analysts, System Officer and Secretarial Officers (19 Post) on Contract Basis Recruitment 2021. Under the Job notification 2021, all applicants who have a Graduate Master Degree in the subjects required are only eligible to apply. Age Limit :
- Age limit for Merchant Banker: not more than 40 years
- Age limit for research analysts: not exceeding 35 years of age
- System Officer Age Limit: 21 – 30 years of age
- Secretarial Officer Age Limit: 21 – 30 years
Educational Qualification :
- Merchant Banker - Any Post Graduation or MBA in Finance. CA qualification is preferable. Any Graduation - Minimum of five years experience in Merchant Banking operations. MBA in Finance\Chartered Accountant - Minimum Three years of experience in Merchant Banking operations.
- Research Analysts- Any Post Graduation with NISM Research Analyst Certification. Minimum Four years experienæ in research, analyzing trends of industries and economy, preparation of research reports, writing investment notes and report investment opinions on companies, Fundamental analysis, Technical Analysis, Equity, Commodity, Mutual F nd and Bond market.
- System Officer- a) Graduation in Engineering (4 years)/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics &Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR b) Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR c) Graduate having passed DOEACC 'B' level d) Minimum one year experience in system-related operations such as Unix, Windows server and Networking.
- Secretarial Officer – Dealer (Stock Broking) Graduate with NISM/ NCFM qualification, Minimum one year experience in dealing .
- Secretarial Officer – Trainee (Back Office) Graduate with NISM/ NCFM qualification, Minimum one year experience in back office desirable.
Selection Process :
